Oh Boy Designs reserves the right to change or alter the terms and conditions of www.ohboydesigns.com.au at any time with immediate effect upon publication on this website.

Our accessories are only suitable under strict adult supervision and may cause safety hazards if not used as intended.

PayPal, Poli and Afterpay are the only payment methods available to ensure that your details are kept safe and secure. If you wish to arrange for payment via direct debit, please use POLi to pay directly via internet banking.

Is an instalment plan for online shoppers which allows you to pay for a product over four equal instalments, with fortnightly repayments.
Once you have put your items in the shopping cart, choose Afterpay as your preferred payment method. When your order is approved your Afterpay account is also created.

Then simply head to www.afterpay.com.au to set up a password. You can check your payment schedules and make payments when you need to, otherwise your payment will be automatically deducted every fortnight.

The only fees applied to shoppers are late fees. This is when your scheduled payments are unsuccessful, after being notified, you don’t log-in to your Afterpay account to make your payment.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days of receiving full payment. In the rare event of a delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Standard Delivery (within Australia) is a Flat Rate of $5 for all orders and will be sent by Australian Post.

Express Delivery (within Australia) is a Flat Rate of $10.

Spend over $30 and standard shipping within Australia is free.

Once your order has been shipped, Oh Boy Designs can accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

Oh Boy Designs will happily exchange or refund items purchased from our online store, providing the item is unworn still in its original condition and sealed packaging with labels attached.

Please email hello@ohboydesigns.com.au within seven days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Product exchange requests are subject to availability, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Shipping costs (including duties, taxes, customs fees levied by your country) and PayPal/Afterpay fees are non-refundable.

Unless an incorrect item has been sent, all charges related to returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer. This includes any taxes or duties levied by your country and PayPal/Afterpay fees.

We carefully check all items before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@ohboydesigns.com.au immediately so we can promptly address the issue. Any issues must be reported within seven days of receiving your purchase.

Please note that our accessories are delicate and must be treated with care. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect washing are not considered to be faulty.
